General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The offer and sale of products available on the website www.linea101.it are governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which form an integral part of the purchase agreement for any product. By submitting an order, the customer accepts these terms.
Linea 101 reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Such modifications shall only apply to purchase orders submitted after the date of the amendment.
1. PURCHASE
Products can be purchased from www.linea101.it 24 hours a day.
By clicking the "Submit Order" button, the customer places an order with Linea 101. The order shall be considered, for all purposes, a contractual proposal submitted by the customer, which Linea 101 will promptly confirm by sending an email to the email address provided by the customer.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices of products published on www.linea101.it include VAT and do not include any taxes, duties or charges that may apply in the country of destination of the products, where different from Italy. Such charges shall be borne by the customer.
Linea 101 reserves the right to change the prices of products offered and sold on Linea 101 at any time. Any changes shall not apply to customers who have already submitted their order.
During the order process, Linea 101 offers different payment methods: credit card, through the secure PayPal system, bank transfer or cash on delivery. The customer must select the preferred payment method among those available.
2.1 PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
In the case of payment by credit card, the transaction is processed through the Stripe service, which uses an encrypted protocol to ensure a completely secure transaction. Sensitive credit card payment information will never be stored or used by Linea 101.
3. SHIPPING
Linea 101 ships exclusively via Express Courier.
The available shipping methods are displayed during the purchase process, as they vary depending on the type of product, availability, weight, size of the item and destination country.
Packaging of ordered goods is free of charge; bulky goods will be placed on pallets and specially secured. All products are shipped in their original packaging (when provided by the manufacturer). They are often placed inside a second box with additional protective padding (bubble wrap).
Products exceeding 80 kg are shipped using vehicles equipped with a tail lift for unloading. (This service is only available for shipping addresses accessible by medium/large vehicles).
Free shipping for orders over €50 in Italy and €70 for all other countries.
For orders below the minimum amount, the shipping cost is €6 in Italy and €22 for all other countries.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
We offer a return service if the product ordered is not satisfactory or if the wrong size has been selected.
To exercise the right of withdrawal or request a return, the Customer must complete the appropriate online form available on the "Request withdrawal / return" page of the website. Once the request has been submitted, a confirmation email containing a summary of the entered information will be sent.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, who may choose the postal service or courier they prefer. We are currently unable to provide a free or prepaid return service or arrange collection at our expense. To complete the return, it is necessary to follow the instructions provided in the "Return Form" included inside the package. The form must be completed in full and placed inside the package. We are not responsible for delays or failed refunds if the information provided is incorrect. Returns received at our warehouse will be inspected as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for inspection, but our staff will handle them within a few days.
All returned products must be perfectly intact, unused and free from any signs of wear or dirt. Products received in unsuitable conditions will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs charged to the customer.
We are not responsible for delays or losses during the return shipment. If any problems occur with your return delivery, you must contact the shipping service used.

Linea 101 is not responsible if the return is sent to an incorrect address or to an address not provided by us. We may only provide refunds and assistance for returns containing our completed return form inside the package.
Linea 101 will issue a voucher that can be used on the website within 1 month, for an amount equal to your order value (excluding shipping costs, if any were charged at the time of purchase).
5. ORDERS WITH STORE PICKUP
Through our shop it is also possible to purchase products without paying shipping costs and collect the already paid goods directly from our store.
6. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
Linea 101 frequently offers discount codes or promotional products. Promotional products will already display the discounted price and no additional discount code will be required. Products may remain on promotion for a variable period of time and may return to their full price without notice.
Discount codes are offered during specific periods and dates. Each discount code has its own validity period and can only be used within the specified timeframe. Once expired, a promotional code can no longer be used.
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been completed.
7. PRIVACY
The personal data requested during the order process is collected and processed in order to fulfil the Customer's requests.
Linea 101 guarantees its customers compliance with personal data processing regulations, governed by the Italian Privacy Code Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003, as well as in accordance with Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted on 17 May 2001 by the European Data Protection Authorities gathered in the Group established under Article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, concerning minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data within the European Union.
